These terms govern your use of this website and the submission of any application or referral to Manifesting Group ("we", "us"). By using this site or submitting a form, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility (18+)

This website and our services are strictly for adults aged 18 years or older. By submitting any information you confirm that you are at least 18 and legally able to enter into agreements. We may request proof of age and identity.

2. Nature of the service

Manifesting Group is a creator management agency. Submitting an application does not create any employment, partnership or guarantee of work. We review applications individually and contact selected candidates at our discretion.

3. Accuracy of information

You agree that the information you submit (including age, identity, social accounts and photos) is true, accurate and your own. Submitting false information or content you do not own may result in rejection or termination of any relationship.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the photos and information you submit. You grant us permission to use them solely to evaluate and process your application internally. We will not publish them publicly without your separate consent.

5. Communications

By providing your contact details, you agree that we may contact you about your application, primarily via WhatsApp or the contact method you provided. We will not call you unless you ask us to.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not submit applications on behalf of someone else without their consent.
• Do not submit content involving anyone under 18 or any unlawful material.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, abuse or misuse the website.

7. No guarantee of earnings

Any figures shown on this site are examples of past results from individual creators and are not a promise of future earnings. Results vary based on effort, niche and many factors.

8. Limitation of liability

The website is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or submission of a form.
